Former PT. East Valley investor. Realtor who's been in your shoes — and bought the property anyway.
My Story
For ten years I was a physical therapist. That job is fundamentally about listening — really listening — figuring out what's actually wrong, and building a plan that gets people where they want to go. Turns out, that's also exactly what great real estate is about.
My wife Cass and I started buying investment properties in 2020. We now own three residential properties in the Valley, not including our primary home. So when I sit down with an investor client and talk cash flow, cap rates, or appreciation strategy, I'm not guessing. I've run those numbers on my own money.
I went full-time into real estate in January 2026 because I genuinely believe this is where I can do the most good for the most people. And honestly? I love it. The problem-solving, the relationships, being part of the biggest moments in people's lives — it's the best job I've ever had.
The Journey
Began a decade-long career in PT, developing deep skills in listening, problem-solving, and working with people during high-stakes moments in their lives.
Cassandra and I started our relationship. She's been my business partner and life partner every step of the way since.
Cass and I bought our first residential investment property in the Valley. The real estate bug hit hard. We've been building our portfolio ever since.
Got my real estate license and started helping clients buy, sell, and invest while still in physical therapy. The transition had officially begun.
The best deal I ever closed. Cass and I got married, and we're now expecting fraternal twins — a boy and a girl — due November 2026. Life is full.
Went all-in on real estate in January 2026. Three investment properties. A growing client base. A $20M sales goal. And a lot of coffee.
How I Work
If a home has issues, I'll tell you. If the market isn't in your favor, I'll say it. You deserve the truth, not a sales pitch.
Every pricing decision, offer strategy, and investment analysis is grounded in real market data — not gut feelings or guesswork.
Buying and selling a home is emotional. I've been on that side of the table. I won't rush you, and I'll never make you feel like just another transaction.
I'm not just talking about the East Valley real estate market. I'm living it. Three investment properties and counting means my advice comes from real experience.
For Healthcare Professionals
I spent ten years in healthcare. I know the hours, the school debt, the burnout — and I know how isolating it can feel to watch your friends building wealth while you're still paying off loans from a degree you needed just to get your job.
Real estate changed that trajectory for Cass and me. And I genuinely believe it can do the same for nurses, doctors, PTs, PAs, and chiropractors who are willing to take the first step. I'll walk you through what's actually possible at your income level, what loan products exist, and how to use real estate to chip away at that debt instead of letting it chip away at you.
Let's Talk StrategyTravel nurses and staff nurses with strong income history qualify for more than they think.
Physician loan programs exist specifically for high-debt, high-income borrowers. Let's find yours.
Self-employed or practice owners — I know how to work through lenders who understand your income structure.
Beyond Real Estate
Outside of work, I'm a husband, soon-to-be dad of twins (a boy and a girl, due November 2026 — we're absolutely losing our minds in the best way), and proud dog dad to Tala, who is absolutely my spirit animal.
I'm 36, which means I grew up on SpongeBob and can still quote every Eminem verse, but I also know how to show up in a boardroom. I take my work seriously. I don't take myself too seriously. And I genuinely believe that the best version of this job is one where you actually enjoy the person you're working with. I try to be that person.
